When they’re not on the slopes, the EVERGREEN WEST owners enjoy Copper Mountain’s wide choice of après-ski food and drink, from the best spot for good wines to the nightclub with the edgiest crowd. Here’s a quick, personal guide to wining and dining in Colorado High Country. It is by no means comprehensive – we’re playing favorites here -- but with so many choices, this list is a mere tip of the iceberg.
Recommended Bars in the Village of Copper:
Incline Bar & Grill – An eclectic American grill specializing in rotisserie, barbeque, salads, sandwiches and fajitas serving lunch, après and dinner.
Zizzo – Copper’s edgy and only late-night bar is way-cool.
Salsa Mountain Cantina – Directly next door to Evergreen West in the Westlake Lodge, they pour a killer Marguerita and serve it with a smile.
Jack’s – Copper’s “see-and-be-seen” bar is the epicenter for traditional après ski libations.
