- 50% deposit due when reserving unit.
- Reservation is given to the first guest who makes a deposit.
- Balance due 10 days prior to arrival
- Cleaning fee of $110 added to final billed rate
- Mid-week or daily maid service is available for additional fee.
- High Speed Wireless Internet Access is available for an additional fee.
- 7+ Nights = 10% discount.
- 5.775% Sales tax added to final rental total
- Cancellations:
- 30+ days prior to arrival = 90% refund
- 15 - 30 days prior to arrival = 50% refund
- 14 days or less prior to arrival = No refund
